Well my alias on apache server present in MDK 8.2 are
not working .. now even the preconfigured alias ie
/icons/
acess forbidden message is coming
what can be wrong ?

Check the Directory Permissions, I had that on mine as well. Apparently there
is a different user for Apache in 8.2.
