[expert] stopping /tmp from being deleted

When I installed 7.1, there was an option to have /tmp deleted at each bootup.
This is good but causes problems with apps like imwheel, which keeps their
pid file there. How do I change mandrake 7.1 so it doesnt erase /tmp on bootup?
