1) You could use explore2fs to read/write to your linux partition
OR
2) Put your downloads on a partition that is accessible to Windoze (FAT16,
FAT32, etc.)

Explore2fs is a Windows program which allows read & write support for
Linux filesystems, and works under NT, 95, 98 &
