Hi everyone, I just tried to install Mandrake 7.2. It got all the way through the installation but died on the network configuration.... When trying to configure for local LAN it didnt seem to detect my card... I have never had problems with other versions of Mandrake and its the same machine... The install kept looping to set the time zone and network connection and I had to cancel it in order to get through the setup....I tried running netconf as root and get an error message pertaining to auto probe or something to that effect. The ddebug.log (install log) is below....Anyone (especially from Mandrake) have any ideas. Note particularly the warnings. tulip is failing. I dont know what this is...Anyone...The key thing below I think is a warning stating "No network card found" Any Help would really be appreciated. Im at a loss and would really like to see what this new Mandrake can do. For now Im back to 7.1.
