I am an American who is a graduate student in the UK, and I have
been congratulated by people from around the world over the past
couple of days for the Obama
I too am an American Abroad.
In 2002 I was in Helsinki when I would meet a pretty girl and say that I am
American she would either stop talking, say she Hates Americans or just walk
away.
Today when people here in Brasil here that I am American they say BARACK
OBAMA!
