The answer is to separate religion and state affairs in Arab countries. The American solution to the turmoils of 18th century Europe is the likely answer for Arabs in the Middle East today. But it appears that they're not listening, at least, for the time being. So, more blood will be shed tragically for a futile and hopeless situation.
