Utopia Park is for sale? Gosh, the TMO must be even more desperate than I thought. And calling it 'ideal' when almost 25% of the trailers are currently empty seems a bit fanciful. I imagine if anybody (other than the Zims) had that kind of cash to pony up, Fairfield would not be the first place
