 Hello and greetings ,My name is Hugues, I am 16 years old and French. I 
wondered since a quite long time about a way whereby we could contact a Raja or 
Minister ( like email addresses).As They are ministers of the GCWP , it would 
be nice to contact them about some informations. Can someone help me ?
