235 Montgomery wouldn't be bad as BART is nearby but you aren't very close to it in Fremont. BART is just too expensive to be expandable. You are though VERY CLOSE to the big candy store in Fremont, Fry's. I am not that far away from the Fry's in Concord which would have been closer as Fry's wanted the old Costco building that is less than a mile from me in Martinez. But Walmart got it instead which was sort of an affront to the Fry's family whose hometown was Martinez. I know the owner of the Puja Shop on Fremont just off 880. My tantra guru, Swami Abhayanand, was living in Union City but just moved to San Leandro so I don't have to deal with 880 anymore when I visit him as he is just off the recently finished interchange. I'm a software developer too but I have a better commute: from my bedroom to the computer room across the hall. ;-)
