I understand the Holy Tradition is now charging a fee for invocations; either 10,000 rupees per head per puja, or a fixed monthly fee of 1,000,000 rupees with unlimited invocation minutes. Roaming charges apply to the western hemisphere. Recerts get a 20% discount.
