Very good lecture.  But I'm sure the Republicans will not agree to the 
points made by Dr. Batra.

Nonetheless, I agree tha tax cuts should be made to the middle class 
and increase taxes for the wealthy.  In fact, it appears that the tax 
cut for the middle class will stimulate the economy since they will 
more likely spend it to purchase goods and services.  Thus, this will 
create surpluses in the budget which in turn will reduce the national 
debt.
