Unfortunately, in California, that figure is barely enough to raise a family.
If you net more than $250,000 a year, you're almost certainly a millionaire.
BTW, the definition of "small business" is any business with less than 400
employees. The top 3% of companies with less than 400 employees have owners who
would be affected by the tax change.
