Questions. If a blind person takes TM how are they supposed to follow the directions exactly?
Close the eyes. Open the eyes. Seems like they are going to have to skip directions. Does this mean they are not getting the full benefit from TM? Or would it be possible for us sighted people to fudge the rules a bit and still get the full benefit? s.
