Just as a heads-up, the Web Viewer for Fairfield Life
at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FairfieldLife/
seems to have gone all wonky in celebration of my
birthday. :-)
What seems to be happening is that the algorithm that
allows it to repost past conversation when replying
to a post has lost its
Web Viewer is sicker than I thought. Until it's fixed,
if you *need* to know what someone said in a post you
can't read, click Reply and you can see it there...
Ok, here is my latest theory of what is wrong with
the Yahoo Web Viewer, and how to work around its
wonkiness until they get it fixed. This is just a
theory on my part, with a test of it at the end
to get some feedback from...uh...y'know...reality.
What I think is happening is that anything

I put at the end, the Web Viewer also deleted some
information I had placed inside pointy brackets in
the second paragraph below. To test this, what is
supposed to follow here is the word wonky inside
pointy brackets wonky
