Couple things come to mind.
I read an article recently that described excessive noise pollution in
NYC, almost at all hours. I mean, I know that has been an issue, even
35 years ago when I was stranded there one night, and a woman took me
in. I remember hearing all the noise some 12 stories

Sure. Probably that's the experience of most people I suppose. I read
this article, (I believe) in the NYT a couple
people would pay for anti virus
protection when the free versions seem to work just as well. At least
