I did the same thing as you: I meditated for the several hours

much
in terms of personal experience when she touched me and looked
into
my eyes...but I did have a dream of her that night. I dreamt that
upon going up to see her, I looked into her eyes BEFORE she was
ready
to and she said to me: Oh, you ruined everything.

After the darshan session I went to a really nice restaurant in
Sedona, one that I frequent whenever I am in Sedona. I don't know
why but I ordered a plate of beef ribs. I am not a big red meat
eater but I endulge whenever I have the desire which is,
literally,
only about 3 or 4 times a year. So I ordered the ribs and, of
course, about 10 minutes later a very nice couple from Scottsdale
sit
down next to me and I get into a conversation with them while I
was
waiting for my meal and it turns out that they were there for
darshan, too. Seeing as a big heaping plate of sacred cow was
coming
my way, I didn't mention to them that I, too, was there for
darshan
 and kept mum about it.

if I had to guess I would say the cow was sacred as you were eating
it too. :)

Sorry to miss you, gullible. Thanks for
contributing to the awareness that I
soaked up Tuesday night.

P.S. A friend of mine in Fairfield is
having the experience Amma describes in
your sig quote below. He's totally blissed
out with love! So it does happen.

I got darshan in the afternoon and
enjoyed the vibes and the experiences
there so much that I went back for the
evening to sit in the hall.

I've been using that quote because the 'I' and the 'Me' and the personality
disappear with more and more awakening, and although some awakened, but not
completely enlightened, teachers erroneously claim there's eventually nothing
left, they are simply incorrect because there is something left. I believe Amma
really hit the nail on the head with that quote.

Recently, I had but mountain doesn't move! for my signature, which was from
one of the best classic TM tapes from the 60s/early 70s where the dialog went
something like this:

Man at the microphone: Maharishi, where I come from, there are these
people...and, well, they call themselves Jesus people.

Maharishi: Veddy good!

[Maharishi's comment was followed by lots of laughter from anyone in the hall
who figured he/she knew much more about the in-your-face ways of the Jesus
people than innocent Maharishi did]

The man at the microphone then explained to Maharishi how the Jesus people
would take down their introductory lecture posters - I believe this was in the
Detroit area. He tells Maharishi the teachers confronted the Jesus people and
the Jesus people told them how, if they had faith in Jesus, then they would
not need TM, that if they had enough faith they would be able to move
mountains, after which Maharishi responded with But mountain doesn't move!

[This was followed by a lot more laughter from the folks who just *knew* they
would be able to move mountains after they had put in their 5-8 years]

The reason I used that particular signature was because this forum is way
too overloaded with ridiculous claims by the TM apologists, to which the
perfect retort is always but mountain doesn't move!.

Love will swallow you, eat you up completely until there is no `you,' only
love.
