Can you imagine? Maharishi declared he wanted to spiritually regenerate the world...and in pursuit of that goal, he came out with this incredibly effective meditation technique, TM, which anyone could learn and was simple to do.
And then he went about setting up a world-wide movement that was effectively bringing about that goal. But resources -- time, money, people -- were limited. With a then- total of 3.6 billion people in the world, there was only so much one could do with finite resources. Smart managers in such circumstances concentrate on the core message and mission. Yet somehow Maharishi got sidetracked and all sorts of tangents became part of the Movement. Can someone please tell me what the fuck agriculture has to do with spreading the message of a simple mental technique that isn't a religion or philosophy and that doesn't require a change in lifestyle? Why is this Hagelin character wasting the precious time of the TMO engaging in lobbying efforts. How sad this is. --- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, michael <vedamer...@...> wrote: > > > > --- US Peace Government <maill...@...> schrieb am Do, 11.12.2008: > > Von: US Peace Government <maill...@...> > Betreff: Important Message from Dr. John Hagelin > An: vedamer...@... > Datum: Donnerstag, 11.
