Over the years some lot of meditators have flagged,
impatient in their spiritual progress or had
some spiritual troubles with life in the body. Like
Krishna as a figure advising that kid on the battlefield,
Fairfield has had its adepts who have come forward
and helped folks
that way.

Of course, the saints who have come
through. Also though a couple people who have lived
here amongst the meditating community who
are good at spiritual counseling with the subtle
systems stand out. There was quite a time when there was
a lot of saddness in the meditating community over
how badly it had gone along as was being reflected
in the dome numbers. There was a lot of TM-movement
fatigue and meditating folks widely pulling back, also there was a
place for competent advice in the time of malaise that was not coming from the
movement. In those days a few people
were quietly prominent for the meditating community
in helping it through its dissociation. The community's done pretty well
in the meantime and many by now have found their own compass
through it. FFL.
