Where's the global warming? In the Bay Area these days since we've
been having a heat wave. But it's probably the result of a weather war
or the government protecting us from low pressure areas with clouds full
of cesium from Fukushima. Take your pick. ;-)

The alleged expert in the Express newspaper article is Benny Josef Peiser, a
social anthropologist, a senior lecturer in the School of Sport and Exercise
Sciences at Liverpool John Moores University Peiser acknowledges that he is
not a climate scientist and has never claimed to be one.
