Vashti Bunyan was an obscure folksy singer in Swinging London. At the end of the sixties she travelled by horse and cart to the Hebridean Islands to join a commune set up by uber-hippie (and apostle of TM) Donovan. She penned this autobiographical song about the trip. It reminds me of Blake's Songs of Innocence - she really captures a child-like sense of joy.
