NSN has been in the global Managed Services business for the last 15 years and part of India’s Managed Services story since the beginning of GSM network rollouts in 2003-2004. The story continues to today’s 4G networks, where NSN manages over 220 million subscribers for the top 5 private operators in India. This involves more than 180,000 base stations spread out over 85% of the country, carrying more than 2.3 billion minutes a day of telephone data. Additionally, NSN manages over 175,000 transmission nodes and over 4,000 IP routers and switches, a testament to our proven vendor-agnostic Managed Services capability.
