First few pages of "Supergenes" in the "Look Inside" section of Amazon. Goes into memory, inflammation, the microbiome [gut bacteria], diet, stress, exercise, meditation, sleep, emotions, making evolution mindful, epigenetics, diseases, DNA, canceretc. The basic idea is that "we are
