There's a jyotish rule called argala that applies to meditation in general, 
including YF.  Meditation is signified by the 12th house.  When the meditation 
practice is initiated or increased, the 12th house signification is increased 
as well.  This condition creates an argala on the 11th house, the house of 
desires.  Thus, the sexual need is aroused.

 Sometimes do siddhis, or some of them, and
 YF early in the morning (4 - 5 am). After
 that sleep a couple of hours almost like
 a baby, so to speak. 
 
 Perhaps that has a positive effect on
 some hormones, like testosterone and growth hormone??

One of the reasons I stick around on FFL is 
that I learn new things here. For example, 
before this day I never knew that there was
such a term as gynephobic male hetero, or 
the need for it.
