influence what you're seeing now, and that has been known for years. In fact,
it's at least partly explained by the "thalamic-cortical feedback loop"

I don't see any reason to dispute it. It's a given that we don't live in the
"now" there has to be some sort of processing involved, but having a number for
the length of reality is cool. Good find.
