Back in the 1960's TM became activated with small courses like these and in some very few short years with that initial work of cultivating of a few new meditation teachers fanning out to teach, and the SRM reincarnating itself into the IMS and SIMS anew it was teaching meditation in tsunami waves and widely hosting meditation retreats as residence courses on the basis of spiritual experience well taught. This new initiative evidently is panning out well. Science and spirituality is marching on! We shall overcome all your spiritless lethargy with experience. This Truth keeps marching on in experience! I must say that when I did residence courses in the 1970's, nearly everyone did
wear t shirts and jeans. That's just how we did it in SC, NC and Georgia.

At the January 12 meetings which I attended there was a group of these young people there, not on stage in the gold chairs nor given the mic but there as a group being attended to. Yep, and with some long hair and facial hair too and kind of causally attired. Some even wearing darker and saturated colors and black. What has this movement come to? !! The video is a bit groovy for the TMO but I recognised something flashing by. The beach they are on is in Turkey. I was backpacking there about 20 years ago and discovered it myself, it's a town called Cirali near Antalya. It's worth a visit as it's a national park and there are no big hotels, just a few farms with rooms to rent. I camped in someone's orchard and she cooked for me every night, she used to run a veggie restaurant and was pleased to have someone to pamper. Sod the hiking I thought and stayed there for weeks. The flames you see the TMers sitting by aren't a camp fire but natural gas escaping through rocks up a mountain nearby. It's called the Eternal Flame of the Chimera and it's a cool place to go at night and cook your dinner on the rocks and look at the stars. Greeks used the flames to navigate across the mediterranean to the city of Olympus down the beach which is mostly unexcavated, I used to spend my days trudging through mangrove swamps looking for statues of Zeuss and the plentiful Roman stuff, found a theatre once. Greeks used the flames to navigate across the mediterranean to the city of Olympus down the beach which is mostly unexcavated, I used to spend my days trudging through mangrove swamps looking for statues of Zeuss and the plentiful Roman stuff, found a theatre once. that Doug always said were hereabouts on FFL reading my shots at Marshy and
Company, I have crossed swords on public forums with the likes of Tom Ball and
that damned Ken Chawkin, not to mention grinning Bob Schneider, the heart doc
who fancies himself an expert on Vedic psychology. No, they know me here in the
US. Maybe I can sneak into the group over in Rendlesham or some such one day if
ever I get over to Scorpion land.

Ha! I'd like to see them try. It's really weird going back into a TM environment if you've moved on. When you get used to how people in touch with the normal work-a-day world actually speak the Marshy-isms just fade in your mind, but suddenly sitting round a table with loads of TB's is really weird as they all still talk in that odd way about odd things that bear no relation to your life. It makes your skin crawl at first but as you get used to it you'll just find it amazing that people still really believe it. And even more amazing that you once fitted right in! You should try it, I'm sure they'd be pleased to see you. The video is a bit groovy for the TMO but I recognised something flashing by. The beach they are on is in Turkey. I was backpacking there about 20 years ago and discovered it myself, it's a town called Cirali near Antalya. It's worth a visit as it's a national park and there are no big hotels, just a few farms with rooms to rent. I camped in someone's orchard and she cooked for me every night, she used to run a veggie restaurant and was pleased to have someone to pamper. Sod the hiking I thought and stayed there for weeks. The flames you see the TMers sitting by aren't a camp fire but natural gas escaping through rocks up a mountain nearby. It's called the Eternal Flame of the Chimera and it's a cool place to go at night and cook your dinner on the rocks and look at the stars. Greeks used the flames to navigate across the mediterranean to the city of Olympus down the beach which is mostly unexcavated, I used to spend my days trudging through mangrove swamps looking for statues of Zeuss and the plentiful Roman stuff, found a theatre once.
