Shuk..I don't think you quite understand the concept. The idea is
that there are three sequential expansions of consciousness starting
with Self (personal soul/jiva) Realization, then, God (The formless
concept of the personal God IN creation, (i.e. Brahma, Christos,
Krishna, can appear as any physical form) and finally Brahman
Chaitanya (Consciousness) expanding unto infinity IN AND BEYOND
creation...yes?

When MMY says "Awareness in the state of Being alone makes the whole
field of devotion real." Gita Preface. He means awareness in the state
of Self Realization makes devotion to the Universal God/Soul
meaningful/substantial. Then, only when one merges with the Universal
Soul of
creation (Personal God) does one merge with Brahman the Unmanifest

One may eventually need a personal Guru but that is not the intended
meaning here!

Jesus and The Christ are to different teachers altogether, though
united in Masterhood.
Of course Maharishi went beyond the teaching of Jesus, as Jesus where
app. in CC at the crusification.
