The question cannot be answered because location of house in relation to a 
substantial body of water is only one of the SV guidelines (and, in any event, 
SV is only an influence -- stupid people can always overcome the influence of 
good vastu, like David Kaplan in his spiffy MSV house in North Carolina). Most 
important is not having a sunrise delay of more than 12 mins because of 
mountains, etc. The orientation of the house should be to the east or the
