One thing that I got from the TMO that I still do is asanas--surya namaskar and the advanced set of asanas I was taught at a course. I spend more time doing the yoga than I spend meditating. I also lift weights moderately--for tone rather than for getting bulky, and bicycle. I feel pretty good
