The tatvas, the five elemental forms of existence, earth (Prithvi),
fire (Agni), space/sky/ether (Akasha) , air (Vayu) , and water
(Jala). The five deities Ganesh, Surya, Vishnu, Shiva and
Shakti/Devi. Lots of others fives too, five planets, five senses,
five offerings... I believe this belief
