[FairfieldLife] Re: So Is Llundrub bipolar? Age of Enlightenment, really?...

2005-08-16 Thread Robert Gimbel
Well, I hate to quote A Course in Miracles again, but it states
over and over again, that the world is insane, due it says, to the
workings of the self-centered ego.
Be in the world, but not of it, I guess, is another way of saying
the same thing.
It does seem that whoever is in control of most of the resources, by
nature of the type who needs to acquire that kind of power, kind of
makes it a catch 22;
Unless, all of the sudden, there is a 'Mass Awakening' on some
subtle level, which begins to rise to the surface of these power-
structures.
An Age of Enlightenment would have to be made up of more
enlightened people, than have been available in the past, where you
just had a hand-full here or there.
So, if now, there reaches a certain number of people awakening, this
would cause something to change, and that is what some of the folks
are saying.
The challenge is always to stay in the Light yourself, and not
fall prey to the negativity.
Or else express the negativity in a creative positive way, to get
the energy moving.
In any case we have inherited many years of insanity, and hopefully,
some of this can start to be recognized as such and start to chill,
and just be more satisfied, from within.

Nobody takes me seriously anyway. Nobody ever debates any of
the real
questions I have. People just shut up and hope I slough off like
the beast
  because the circle broke.

I might as well be bipolar for all the commentary my thinking
provokes. At
least then I'll have a mighty fine conversation with myself. I
an I.

You want a real question? Does anyone have a moral delimma
regarding
government sponsored sacrifices which are purported to make
people be a
certain way against their will? Is that ok with everyone?

Why does God demand sacrifices? Is it not enough that he made
everything? So
why do humans have to sacrifice things and why do we have to
sacrifice them to
get our way. Isn't that petty and witchy?

So by pointing this out that makes me a bit crazy huh? Isn't
the whole idea
kind of fucking whacked in the first place? Is somebody missing
something
here? Or am I just stupid. Please let me know. I'm really
really listening.

Is this really the age of enlightenment? Hello!

You raise a lot of questions I can¹t answer. Or don¹t have the
time to. I
love FFL, but it¹s a time-sucker. Often cuts into my billable
hours a lot
more than I should let it. So a lot of times you write stuff that
I would
enjoy reading and responding to, but I have to skip it.

Has anyone ever suggested you might have bipolar mania?

It's just the internet. And
too much thinking. I can shape my persona into anything. Like I'm always
saying. It's not like anyone here knows me. I can't remember the last time
I even talked face to face to someone else who even has done TM. And since I
left MIU I never saw another TM person I knew again. So it's not very real to
me. Sorry.
