That's interesting.  Just the other day the CEO of the
French AI company I work for was talking about how he
wants to put some of his programmers to work on solving
ecological problems and energy problems using the 
optimization technology the company has developed.
I will forward this news to him, because optimization
certainly has a place in nuclear energy and in main-
taining the safety and ecological balance of it.
