Turq, these are great questions you ask about the meditating 
community here.  There is a lot concern and there is a range of 
earnestness.  These questions need also some like Sharalyn or 
Feste37 to try answering them too in their own voice.  

It is way too nice of a Sunday afternoon to spend inside now.  I'll 
think about what you are asking and try later to answer.
