responded. This is unfortunate from my perspective, because I thought we had 
established some kind of e-friendship beyond the boundaries of fairfieldlife.

Kicked out for a number of reasons: They failed to reach enlightenment in 5-7

Maybe not tomorrow, but soon, without a doubt. 

I used to joke that Judy was afraid to die because she's terrified that someone 
will say something about her that -- being dead and all -- she can't "correct" 
and make it agree with her...uh...rather overinflated view of her own 
importance. 

After this latest drive-by, however, I have revised that opinion somewhat. Now 
I think that what terrifies her the most is the likelihood that when she dies 
-- be it in a year or ten years -- someone will eventually find out about it 
and make a post to Fairfield Life that says, "Hey...did you hear? Judy Stein 
died." 

The part that gives her nightmares is that the response will be, "Who?"

 You are barking. But it's a curious type of madness, we almost need a new term 
for it. Self-correctiousness perhaps - the inability to understand that you may 
not be correct about something. I blame the sycophants you've had on here, all 
those people telling you you're really smart must have affected your humility 
and encouraged a kind of closed loop of awareness.
 

 It's a shame as letting go of strong beliefs is one of the prerequisities of 
gaining enlightenment, strong self belief of the type where you can't see that 
someone who has an opinion you don't like must be part of a gang and trying to 
get "strokes" rather than someone who looked at the evidence and came to the 
same conclusion is only going to hold you back.
 

 I don't suppose it would matter to someone with your psychological make-up to 
be reminded of all the other people that have pointed this out because they are 
- automatically - part of the opposing gang.
