Yeah, I have. They were very high maintenance and constantly prone to breakdown. I got a set of all the sounds in 24 bit format (free on the web), recorded in a studio and made them into virtual instruments for Garageband, then I can trigger them with a keyboard or a guitar synth. The original company has now actually licensed an official app version for the iPad. But IMO it's just too small for a person with normal or large hands. It would be perfect for Hobbits though. :-)
