I have heard MMY say that SV housing decreases negative influences, and makes life more prosperous etc. I don't actually remember him saying that people are going to get enlightened by simply living in SV houses. Do you have a quote? Btw (just for fun) were you living in a house when enlightenment happened? Were most other enlightened ones also living in houses when IT occurred? If so, there seems to be a high correlation between housing and enlightenment. By golly, perhaps simply living in houses will get people enlightened. "Correlation is not causation" you rebute. Of course its not. So what is the Causation of Enlightenment? Nothing? Then why do anything, if there is no cause? Why are you not also rejecting all tools, crutches and sadhanas? Or perhaps you are? "No causes, only perhaps Grace" you respond -- or do you? Increased satva perhaps? Does that set up conditions for "Grace to descend" per your view?
