In that case, I revise my proposal, because with this reply it's clear that the two of them have decided that they are in a confront- ational relationship with Fairfield Life, and have every intention of keeping things that way. So far this month, the more that people have nicely tried to tell them that they're posting too often, and inappropriately, the *more* they post, and the more *inappropriately* they post. It's 'way past time for being nice. Judy and Lawson have made it clear that they're not going to *respond* to nice. So boot them out altogether, and boot me out to keep things fair, and to make up for me having stupidly brought them here. Cut all three of us off for a period of several months (for example, until the beginning of 2007), and give Fairfield Life a chance to "find its own level" and return to some semblance of "normal," without any of the three of us present. I don't think Shemp will be a problem if we're not here. Given Sparaig's reply and the incredibly adolescent hostility behind it, and given Judy's failure to acknowledge that the number of her posts and the tone of them is even an *issue*, I think there is no other alternative. Neither of these people is going to either self-correct or "play nice" with any imposed restriction on their posts. Again, I *apologize* for having mentioned this group on AMT a year ago. If I hadn't you wouldn't have been faced with this alien infestation. And as in "Aliens," I honestly think that at this point your only choice is to take off and nuke the whole planet from orbit. It's the only way to be sure. Consider this post my vote for this drastic solution, and my agreement to abide by it without the least bit of fuss.
