You do not need to be invited to friday ammachi lunch, but you need to
reserve ahead of time so they know how much to cook.




I 2nd that. I manage the email notification list for the lunches. Anyone can
come (or be on that list). You just have to reserve so Vaju knows how much
to cook. It's not really an Amma lunch. The lady who cooks (Vaju Moorthy)
has the Amma center in her home, but the lunches are at Morningstar Studio
and there isn't an Amma photo in sight. So people of all spiritual
persuasions feel comfortable attending.
