Most likely NO, and this inherent architecture may be the real reason that AIs can be a threat to humanity. For this reason, AIs will always be a product of matter. They will not have access to the unified field and thus will always lack Being, the spiritual part of humanity, the understanding of the role of Bliss in the nature of humans and the universe.
Like the character of Mr. Data, the AI of the Star Trek episodes, the AIs may not be able to understand humor, or the feeling of Bliss during and after meditation.
