I saw this article last, but decided to read it this morning to get a fresh 
view of what Chopra is saying.  He seems to be saying that "effects" in the 
universe do not have to have "causes"...,, and that individual atoms/particles 
have a mind of their own.  They can spontaneously grow and decay on their own.  
Nonetheless, I believe this article needs more critical reviews by philosophers 
and physicists to be acceptable.  What do you think?
