Yes, pretty regularly.   

 At the theater that shows a lot of Indie films, there's a guy or a gal who 
comes out before the show, and introduces himself, or herself as the 
projectionist, and says a few things.
 

 That's rather nice.
 

 Last week we saw MI (whichever), in the theater with reserved and reclining 
seats. My wife particularly enjoyed that film.
 

 Theaters ain't going away anytime soon.  (-:
