I'm raising funds to relieve a problem that plagues people we are
concerned about...and I'd like to ask all participants on this forum
to contribute.
No, I'm not talking about Hurricane Katrina...I'm talking about the
11 year "relationship" between Judy Stein of New Jersey and Barry
Wright of Paris, France.
These two individuals have been corresponding for 11 years on an
almost daily basis (don't believe me on the time frame or the
frequency? Check it out for yourself on Google group advanced
search).
Well, I think it's time that they meet in person and get to know
each other on that level.
So I suggest we all donate $20.00 each to get either Judy to France
for a 3 day, 2 night stay or Tantra to Hoboken.
As of 5 minutes ago, there were 978 members listed on the FFL group
member list. Of course, not many are active, but let's assume 10%
are...of those 97, I think we could get 50 to cough up the $20.00
each for a total of $1,000 which should pretty much cover it.
We could all send the money to Rick Archer who would then buy the
ticket and relay it to Judy ('cause I assume it would be nicer for
Judy to visit Paris than Tantra visit Jersey).
And what's the payoff?
The two of them end up liking each other AND WE WON'T HAVE TO BE
SUBJECT TO THEIR RANTS FOR THE NEXT 11 YEARS...
