evaM buddheH paraM buddhvaa
saMstabhyaatmaanam aatmanaa
jahi shatrum mahaa-baaho
kaama-ruupaM duraasadam
Maharishi's translation:
Thus, having known him who is
beyond the intellect, having
stilled the self by the Self,
O mighty-armed, slay the enemy
in the form of desire, difficult
to subdue.
evam thus
buddheH param (him who is) beyond intellect ("intellect's" beyond)
buddhvaa having known
saMstabhya having stilled
aatmaanam ("objective" case) the self-"im" (like "whom")
aatmanaa (instrumental case) by the Self
jahi slay!
shatrum ("objective") the enemy-"m"
mahaa-baaho (vocative) O mighty-armed!
kaama-ruupam in the form of desire (desire-form[ed])
duraasadam (dur-aasadam) difficult to subdue
