Now that we see ole Don' is supporting something else for world  
peace, I guess it's not too much of a surprise. I wonder how many off  
camera offers he had to help promote the TMO a s a spokesman during  
that weekend...

Possibly. I'm not gonna go there. His website struck me
as naive and sweet, exactly the way I always pictured
him back in the late Sixties. In the 'Lifeline' section,
he deals with his entire involvement with Maharishi in
ten words. In other words, he's probably not going to
be much of a spokesman for TM, no matter how much some
people would like to portray him as one. He's grown up; 
'bout time they did the same.

I was living in Fairfield for a short time in '86.  I remember that 
Donovan came and played at the local high school without alot of 
fanfare or much mention about his involvement with TM and, at the 
time, thinking that was a bit odd.  After all, he's got that famous 
photo of himself and MMY holding hands on the back of one of his 
albums...
