I think the teacher in Namibias name is Hartmut and he was doing well enough to 
try to get some help. Cant remember his last name.

there is one teacher very active. can't remember his name at the moment. its a 
small country so probably pretty good numbers related to size but I never heard 
of any large  group or institutional programs
