But Israeli arrogance is boundless so any resolution in the UN is simply ignored as they know the americans don't care and will keep sending billions in aid anyway. If you want to know why the americans are hated in Muslim countries, look no further than to this conflict and the way Israel is expanding it's borders. A growing idea in the international community, one which Carter endorse, is that the only way to stop further Israeli aggression and land-grabbing is to revert the borders back to before the war in 1967. [FairfieldLife] Re: Stark Questions
At last Jason you are a voice of reason instead of Commie stridency or Carter acquiescence. I understand the complexity. I talked to Palestinians aboard one the George Steinbrenner's iron-ore ships. I even had a good and faithful Muslim bail me out of jail in Canada for drinking under age. They were real people and I saw their sorrow for having lost their ancestral lands. On the other hand, I talked to an Israeli Muslim whose family stayed on their ancestral lands in Israel and lived in prosperity and peace. Most Palestinians that left didn't want to live in Jew land because of the Koranic belief that Jews were subversive defilers of the Abrahamic covenant. As Muslims, they generically hated Jews, the same way they hate us because we are disbelievers (kafir) . Yet the one's I knew were good people. However, you didn't address the more stark question about the nuke detonating in D.C. or Wall Street. What do we do then? Strike back at whom to prevent another attack? Both YVHW and Allah are genocidal tyrants. India and Pakistan are always on the brink of Nuclear holocaust as are Israel and the Arabs. Remember the high-ranking Iraqi diplomat who just yesterday called on the Arab world to boycott the US for supporting the Jews. Luckily, we have more shale oil than all the oil in Saudi Arabia. Barack Hussein Osama might finally stare down the environmentalists but then also he might Jimmy Carter the whole deal. So nuke whom? Bring everyone home and turn over Europe to Vladimir Das Putin? --- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, Jason jedi_spock@... wrote: --- emptybill emptybill@ wrote: When the first nuke erupts in Israel (even a small tactical one), what should be our response? Re: [FairfieldLife] Re: Stark Questions
Israel wants a war it can drag the US into. If it can't have it with Iran then it will pick one with Gaza or someone else. So far, to his credit, Obama has only said that Israel has a right to defend itself. That's as far as he should go. No sending troops to aid the Israelis. They can fend for themselves. And staying out of it would keep Hamas from doing any attack the US. Besides all that would do would bring the US military down on their heads. So such an attack might well be a false flag by Israel made to look like Hamas. And by now Americans are wary of false flag attacks. Be brave ... show 'em you mean it. Shame that you reduce their legitimate claim to that sort of tabloid level, it's no wonder to me that they do seek redress against the international community via the only method of expression they know, their religion. Shame it won't get them very far but then, the cards are stacked against them until the rest of the world starts to care and tries to force Israel to comply with international law and allow them the right to return to their land. What would you do in their place? Roll over and die or accept the Pax Americana? Israel is the aggressor here, their constant theft of land and barbaric treatment of its original owners is a crime under international law and any sort of moral one I can think of. Obama is typically spineless here in ignoring the right of refugees to right to their homes and the right to resist occupation as being the prime motivators of the conflict. I suppose there's too many people living there for any fair solution for the Palestinians now. Israel's bizarrely racist immigration policy means people actually born there can't go to their homes but someone from Russia with a Jewish grandmother can. It's a situation without a pleasant ending I fear, and it should never have been allowed to get this bad but the UN is a toothless puppet that has consistently ignored the reason it was set up in the first place. --- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, salyavin808 fintlewoodlewix@ wrote: --- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, wgm4u no_reply@ wrote: --- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, nablusoss1008 no_reply@ wrote: --- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, Bhairitu noozguru@ wrote: Israel has been wanting to start WW III for some time.
