This article is not news nor is it groundbreaking. As the first commenter on 
the article says, every dog owner already knows this. But the most interesting 
part of this small snippet are the comments that follow. They clearly show how 
fucked up people are. Just read the first ten or so respondents beginning with 
the first coherent post and watch the subsequent posters proceed down, what 
Richard states, the proverbial rabbit hole. Humanity = insanity. Dogs = 
unconditional desire to adore.

The arrticle was a whole load of nothing. Of course dogs have emotions. But I 
wish someone would explain to me the point of dogs. My neighbors across the 
street have dogs, and they are a constant bloody nuisance. I have a friend who 
sometimes looks after dogs for someone else and one of the dogs likes to pee on 
the carpet. Someone else in Fairfield told me that hers does the same. So what 
is the point of these dirty, noisy creatures?
