No, I've always flown under the radar. However, I've known people and heard of 
others that have had nightmares. Had a brother-in-law that worked for them for 
a while.

up to the state level. And then there are a lot of people fearful of the IRS. 
You don't have to be guilty of anything but an audit could really mess you up 
financially.
