The other undefined references are probably because you need to link with the
winsock2 library.

Obviously iconv.h is missing, it's part of 'glibc-headers'... For mingw, you
should get the mingw-iconv package instead...
However, the issue I see here is that it's including files from your local
installation of gstreamer. You should recompile gstreamer under mingw and make
