Hi Scott, I guess that the architecture being used there is my faust2puredata. An alternative worth considering is the new pd-faustgen2 which includes the library version of the Faust compiler and lets you run Faust dsps (i.e., .dsp source files) directly as externals in Pd. This is a beefed-up version of Pierre Guillot's pd-faustgen which adds MIDI and OSC support, a loader extension for Faust programs and a whole bunch of other useful features. You can find it at https://github.com/agraef/pd-faustgen. Precompiled Mac and Windows binaries are available there as well.
