I don't know, I'm not developer, but I think it is possible with
bootsplash, splashy or usplash (Red Hat will not be satisfied of RHGB
removal).

I am new in Fedora, I have fedora 7. I have a dubt: rhgb do not work
at shutdown or reboot, its is normal?... Exist some way for run rhgb
at reboot or shoutdown like splashy or similar?
